I would give zero stars to this TV park if I could. I called 3 weeks in advance, to make sure they have internet hook up, able to have satellite, have all the hook ups. I explained that I would be arriving late at night or early am hours. I was told that was no problem. I arrived on the 1st at 12:30am. Nothing was as said. They lost my reservation, then said I only reservation for a month. Next day found out I couldn't have internet hooked up because they have no hook up for internet even though they said I could. The manager and maintenance man were so rude that you couldn't even talk to them. I finally couldn't stay there another day and moved today. I went to get a refund, was told by the manager he refunded my card but gave me a invoice in my email. When I questioned it, he got rude and said look it has a negative. I said not on the email. He said you got your refund. Later this evening I found out the manager charged my card again without my permission. I called and asked why, he said he was charging me an extra day. I said no, that's not right and he had no right to charge my credit card without my permission. He said he could do whatever he wanted with my card. Apparently they have no issues stealing peoples money. I requested the owners name and number and he refused to give it to me. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This used to be a nice place when Shawn ran it. We stayed last night. Never again. Had to change rooms because they couldn't find the remote. The room they gave us the air didn't work. There was a new one still in the box but not installed. Had to sleep with the window open to get some air. I don't recommend.

We showed up late at night and the lady who helped us was very helpful and even helped us find a different space for our camper when it turned out our camper was too wide for the original spot. It was quiet, clean and the man that helped us when we checked out was super helpful as well. 10/10

A most pleasant atmosphere and welcoming experience! Our room was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the room cozy! The staff are friendly and helpful! Just a relaxing and peaceful stay in Trinidad!! I will be back!
