Have a step-daughter that had two of her first three appointments cancelled (the third cancelled TWO minutes prior to the appointment at 8am). I get emergencies, but two minutes before an appointment?! And two cancellations in the first three? The amount of shuffling we have to do to our morning routines to accommodate her appointments, just to have them cancelled last-minute while living outside of town, is unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid going here if you can. Your time will not be valued.
