Lived there for 4 years, I can say the property management is very unprofessional. On site property manager is lazy to fix anything, never addresss any issue we bring to him. I recommend not to choose this apartment complex for peaceful living.

Been living here a while and finally understand why another reviewer gave it one star. The houses are actually pretty nice and at a reasonable price. The problem I have is the people that live nearby are terrible neighbors and seem to either be generally loud and disruptive every day into the night, or they are generally inconsiderate, letting their dogs defecate all over communal areas and not picking up. It seems like the management is often at the loud parties blaring music and drinking all day. There are also a TON of feral, un-neutered cats that will howl on your patio at night and poop in front of your house that people feed and keep around. It is possible that a different area of the townhouses has a much better experience. End of the day, the price was right when we moved in, but our opinion has been steadily declining ever since, to the point where don't think I could live here another year.
