We have been at the station for three years now and it’s been such a good experience we don’t plan to leave anytime soon. The amenities here are my families favorite! We spend all summer in the pool and all winter in the spa, sauna and game room. The management and maintenance teams are nothing short of amazing. They are super friendly, quick to respond and get the job done every time. I’m the past, with other companies, we were treated like nothing but tenants and here we are treated like friends. I just moved out of this place and it was the first time I lived on my own away from family or college with a roommate. At first I was really excited but as we got twords the end of our two years it just started to get irritating. The stairs are so steep to me I constantly tripped. But that might just be me clumsy. The biggest thing to have three stars because of the office. Everytime you went in to talk to the office they are very short and seems like when you ask for your package they are annoyed with you. The only one I had a good experience with was a gal named Amber on the phone when I was leaving the apartment

How much is the rent for a 2 bedroom
Hi S M! Thank you so much for asking. Currently The Station has two elevator buildings: building E and building F. While both sides of the buildings have access to the elevator, apartments with unit numbers ending in 05, 06, 07, or 08 will be closest to the elevator entrance.
Yes! We offer anywhere between 6 and 12 month leases, however they do vary based on our availability.
Hi Edward, thank you for asking! Gas and electricity are paid on a metered basis and billed directly to renters based on their own usage. Water, sewer, and trash are billed along side the rent, but are not included in the rent. We bill water, sewer, and trash based on a ratio utility billing system (RUBS.) Our Media Package offers basic Dish television and internet; this is included in the rent. We also require renter's insurance. There are no other additional monthly costs unless you choose to add a service or amenity to your lease.
