Hi Edward, thank you for asking! Gas and electricity are paid on a metered basis and billed directly to renters based on their own usage. Water, sewer, and trash are billed along side the rent, but are not included in the rent. We bill water, sewer, and trash based on a ratio utility billing system (RUBS.) Our Media Package offers basic Dish television and internet; this is included in the rent. We also require renter's insurance. There are no other additional monthly costs unless you choose to add a service or amenity to your lease.
Dish television is included at the basic package. Internet is included. Gas and electric is paid by renter. Water, sewer, trash is added onto your rent. You also are required to have renters insurance.
U pay gas and elc. Satilite and internet and water and trash included in rent.
Renters pay water, sewer and trash through the complex. Gas and electric are separate but sill paid by the renters. Cable t.v. and internet are complimentary through the complex.
