They don't they are thieves you will not get your money back we had to leave due to a family emergency and did not get a refund although it fell under an acceptable category on their requirements 600 bucks down the drain

Great question...! Someone next to me didn't honor theirs. No one camped there the entire night. People looked n seen that it was reserved and left. So I'm going to make a wild guess and say they don't.
