Yes you can.Go to customer service if you have the date of purchase they can give you a copy of your recipe looking it up on computer.;-)

I'm not sure what they do with that they might give you store credit I think it depends on how long you had it how long you purchased it I'm not sure if there's a 30-day purchasing thing

You get 14 days to return electronics and nope they will not accept returns over $50 without receipt. However, if you had bought the item online you might be able to start a return there and all you will have to do is to go to a walmart (take the item with u) and scan the QR code with ur phone that will be displayed on the credit card reader in customer service. You can still try tho and be an angry customer because I was a walmart employee and was told that customers are always right. You can also ask for an assistant manager at customer service and that may help return or atleast exchange your product. Goodluck!!
