Do you guys have no one that works and customer service and if so why do they not answer the phone you have poor management at this Walmart how is someon supposed to send money to his family if you guys will not answer the phone to answer a question?

I no what you mean .I called there 12 times in one day no one answered the phone.so I went up there and the store was open . So I no what you mean I am going to deal with the troy shopping center instead.

They maybe closed or have a skeleton crew working there at customer service.

Ive bee trying to contact customer service and this automated number continues to say 'im still trying to find you ana ssociate".been on hold 10 minutes now, all i want is to ask if moneygram pick up is working since it was locked last time

What customer service? There isn't any that exists there. They just lost a $120.00 sale because no one will answer the phone that they provide for customer service.

I agree Jon. They want get stuff done with less people. They get the biggest tax break ever now thanks to Donald trump. That's making more money then ever before. I know because I work there every day
