There is dog beach in ponce inlet. Last time I was there. You need to clean up after your dog.

The whole county of Volusia is no dog beach. You can go North a bit to Flagler county and they have dog friendly beaches. The state parks of Ponce Inlet and New Smyrna Dunes have dog friendly area but not in the ocean.
