Nice little park to eat lunch at, walk dog in, or jst enjoy a nice view of the river from the eastern banks.

Yes, I've seen them both on and off leash. Unfortunately I've also seen women from the condo across John Anderson not bother to pick up after the dogs have dumped. 😕
