Are the stairs and beach ramps still closed down? Went a couple of months ago and the park didn’t have beach access. It was rough with everything that we had to tote down to the beach. We ended up paying 20 bucks and had to park on the beach

Yes they are open. Also, an annual beach pass is only 25 bucks and its good for a year.

Steps and ramps are open. There's plenty of parking there, even during the day.
