The entire park, including off beach parking, closes at sunset. I don't know whether they tow or ticket, but I'm sure it would be enforced for a vehicle as large as an RV.

No overnight parking. Sorry! There are other areas not to far from the park that are designed for overnight and for RVs (Tomoka State Park)
I recently asked a park staff person the same question and was told no overnight parking and day parking for RV was being negotiated by the city but has not happened yet.
