I have seen ppl on the beach with charcoal grills . But not sure if it's approved or not. It's blocked off from traffic and a lot of children play in that area of the beach.. the park as mentioned above has grills available for use. The parking fills up quick. If your not there early you probably will have to park across the street
I don't see why not, you can call the city of Daytona & ask just to be on the safe side. I personally pack a sandwich lunch so grilling I wouldn't know, sorry.
