Is there a doctor on site to get a medical card?

The doctor is located on scenic hwy. Make an appointment with the doc on scenic. Bring your medical records. The doc will sign you up with the state. The state health department will send you an email to sign up. Signing up involves a passport photo and a 70$ fee. They finally showed last night that my payment was received but it still does not show the reicpt. How long was it after they showed your payment did it take for them to complete the rest?
