On a positive note the room was clean... Now for all the issues I've had: Im a loyal Hilton Diamond member and travel quite a lot for work. Decided to stay here for a pleasure trip and was greater by a very rude staff upfront. Their computer systems were down due to a "lightning strike"and they required all customers to write down a credit card number on a piece of paper with all your personal info. I refused to do so (incredibly insecure and not a pci compliant method of CC storage) to which I was told I could hand my key back and find somewhere else to stay at 11:30 at night. Called diamond customer service who agreed this was not within Hilton's guidance and proceeded to help me resolve the situation. I was given a room but hotel was supposed to call me back to resolve issues and here a week later has yet to call me back.

Room appeared clean and tidy except for the food not vacuumed up from the previous guests. We told the desk and told we would be given points. I would have preferred that someone go vacuum the room. Their breakfast bar was good and the staff was polite.

I have stayed here twice for work and many from my company have stayed here as we consistently use Hilton Brands. This is by far the worst two experiences I have had. Rooms have not been clean, management at front feet has been rude, breakfast has lacked the usual items. I think at this point hotels have used Covid as an excuse to not clean the rooms on a regular basis, but it’s no excuse to hardly clean them at all. Will not be returning on future trips.

was ok for the price and service was friendly, however they have a shortage on luggage carts, took more than 45 minutes to find me one since my bags do not roll this was important. also the water saver shower head; the pressure was so slow it took me a longer than normal shower to get the soap off, needs water flow, I understand water saving devices but this was extreme, i want in and out!
