Great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. From the front desk to the clean rooms everything was perfect. I stayed at another hotel in the area (that was the same price) not that long ago and the rooms were disgusting. Not the case here even though the cleaning crew wasshort staffed and they had to turn the whole hotel. The front desk clerks were super help and cheerful. I would definitely go back when I'm the the area again.

Only thing I didn't like was the beds (we stayed in a king handicap) were kind of uncomfortable. Stiff. But be prepared to pay for an amazing breakfast. It's so worth it tbh. Great staff. Best hotel I've stayed in yet.

$600 for 2 nights in a mediocre room. I spent about 40 minutes on the phone to ensure I was charged not my guests. Reservation clerk CALLED the desk to ensure the plan. Staff was unpleasant, demanded another credit card from my guests upon check in even though mine was on file and I had requested they charge only me. Then they charged my guests. Next time we stick with my motorhome and not some rude staff

Positive: Room was clean upon arrival. Omelets were good. Negative: I did not like that I had to request housekeeping services when I stayed multiple nights. That should just be done and if I do not want services, I can decline them. Then, housekeeping did a half-___ed job...didn't dump the trash which was overflowing.
