I am adding a bad review for this pharmacy. My doctor sent prescriptions at 4 pm yesterday. 24 hs later, on my way to pick up these antibiotic and other medicines, I am told that they did not bother to prepare them and that it just “takes a while”. Amazingly unprofessional!”

Scheduled a 139$ Fast Result PCR test so that I could catch an international flight, only to find out this unit did not do it. I had to run around town looking for a clinic that had an available schedule. No point on CVS system on allowing you to make an appointment for a service they do not provide.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 17 years and have never been treated as rudely as I was today by the pharmacy manager no less! I approached the drive-through about 6:01 not realizing that the pharmacy was about to close.. the manager of the pharmacy waited on me but when I checked my prescription, I saw that it was the wrong brand and only one brand works for my afib. So I tried to call it to her attention and she said I'm sorry everything is about to shut down you will have to come inside and I have to wait on these other customers. I was so angry! Rihht in the middle of my transaction! So I went inside and was trying to tell her to please put in my permanent notes (like my address and phone number) the brand that I need,which has been in those notes for years. She would not let me talk, rudely talked over me and I couldn't even get the information out... she started rubber necking her head when I asked her to check her attitude and when I asked for the manager she said, rubber necking again, I'm the manager. I will never take my business to this CVS again. Good customer service is a lost art. Update; the store manager was accommodating, as I was charged for my script by the pharmacy mgr., even though I never received it. I will still go above her, as I never received an apology from said pharmacy mgr. Also, I found my script much cheaper at Walmart $3.34 vs. $16.24 at CVS!!! Good riddance, CVS!

In this time of no customer service, it is very refreshing to find a clerk or associate who shows any enthusiasm for their job. Tonight Angie went above and beyond. I love in another state, with a CVS a mile from me. I frequent that location, but this is the first time and associate shared the benefits of the Carepass. I commend Angie for her awesome customer service, and CVS: GREAT AMBASSADOR FOR YOUR BRAND.!

Not that I am aware; however, across the street on Sorrento is a little strip plaza with a pack and ship and US mail store and i know they have fax services and even a notary. Hope this helps
