Takes Covid seriously. Being autoimmune compromised I felt very safe at this Marriott's Courtyard. Was even able to get breakfast to go & ate outside. Very nice comfortable place to stay. Will go back for sure!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! My family and I stayed there from July 28th through the 30th and it was not that great! Not only did we book a room that said it would accommodate up to six people, which I don’t see how the sofa bed was definitely not a double bed, but we did not receive room service throughout our stay. And the worst part is that there was roaches in the room and when I called to complain they told me nothing could be done but they could offer me raid which they never even did. Never in all my years of staying at multiple hotels have I ever EVER seen a bug in my room. Also they have a Starbucks but it isn’t even open during the hours stated so there goes that. And there was holes in the ceiling when we went to there was construction going on in the lobby making it hard to even access Starbucks to begin with. Will not be staying at another Marriott ever again. You would think it would be a nice hotel but nope! You’re better off staying at a motel 6! Guy at the front desk was also rude.

Hotel is decent, the people at the front counter are nice. I give one star because I have been here for 5 days and have not one time had any kind of room service. No one has picked up trash, I took my own out. Towels from day one are still on the in a pile on the floor.

The stay was good, but not quite what I was expecting. I chose this hotel for a brief stay because it states it has a restaurant and a bar. That's not accurate. They have a Starbucks counter which includes options for eggs or french toast which they make on premises; but it's only open in the mornings. There isn't actually a restaurant. They have a few bottles of beer lined up on the Starbucks shelf, but unless you're looking for a mid-morning beer, there isn't a "bar". There isn't even an afternoon coffee option, since the Starbucks closes after breakfast. The hotel was reasonably clean, staff were friendly. Area seemed safe. They don't tidy the room and make the beds during the stay, which may be a covid holdover.
