I wanted a cup of coffee and went to circle K since they offer whole milk for their coffee. The milk was empty and when I asked the clerk about it she just said, i cant do nothing about it and if i do something about it, it will be a long time before I do. Very rude. I guess I get my coffee elsewhere.

I went to this Circle K this afternoon to get a drink. I walk in and see a sign saying that their big cups are out of stock. No problem just a little disappointing. I filled up my cup with DrPepper all while looking at how it once again, was not coming out of the dispenser fizzy. I then grabbed my lid and straw and tried to keep the flies away. I paid for my drink and the cashier was nice. I get to my car, drive off, and taste my drink and it is flat and tastes like straight syrup. This is my third and last experience at this location due to the consistency of problems.

I came in this morning (Wednesday, 1/23/19) and bought 2 travel packages of cereal and a small container of milk. I started eating it and found out that the milk was spoiled, even though the expiration date had 3 days left. I happened to pay with my EBT card and am being punished for doing so, in that they are not allowing me to get a refund on the card and I can't exchange the bad product because they said that would be like a refund. I wanted a new milk but they were all from the same batch, so it wouldn't make sense to try another one. I also wanted another cereal since I had to throw mine away due to the milk being spoiled. So either way, I lost money. Their customer service was horrible and they did nothing to help. They could have signed my receipt and allowed me to come in on another day and get the 2 products for free. That's what you do for your customers, especially when it is not their fault.

Totally racist morning crew. I guess the girl didnt hear me come in and made a comment about me being white, when she finally noticed me at the counter. Then questioned me about why I was buying cigarettes, then refused sell. Claiming they werent for me and she could tell. When I went to email coorperate they werent excepting any emails due to high volume....hummm...no wonder...it will be a cold day in hell before I ever go to a circle k again.
