If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to go for your medical needs. If you get assigned here, change your Dr. They never answer the phone even though Everytime I've been there lobby is empty. They take days to return calls. Dr won't give my refill for blood thinner because I haven't been seen. But they won't allow in office visits and their phone appointments are don't work for me.

If you can avoid going here, avoid it. They never answer phones, when they do you have to leave a message for someone to call you back...they never call back. If you have a phone appointment and miss their call by literally 2 seconds, it's almost impossible to call it back and tall to someone.

They deserve a ZERO. Cancelling appointment without informing patients and keeping people waiting in the lobby for so long even getting appointment on time! Unprofessional, don’t come here.

So far, so good. My PCP is Carmen Garcia(?), she has been awesome. Very friendly and compassionate. She's referred me to both the Long Beach Compehensive Care Center, and even Harbor-UCLA for specific issues. All three facilities have greatly exceeded my expectations!!!
