Kaiser is the Worst healthcare insurance ever...alot of doctors and nurses left, or goes on vacation alot..no more appts...Longer wait times at urgent care short staff, bad customer service...Good quality of care at Kaiser is gone. i am not surprise if kaiser goes out of business.

Not quite as smooth as Kaiser in Downey, but also not as new. Great service for my out-patient pain block injection. In & out In 45 minutes!

Kaiser is really good at advertising their so call superior care, however, that doesn't translate in reality. My mother needed a wheelchair and no one was able to get one. Instead they wanted me to go get it for her. Excuse me, getting a wheelchair for one of your patients it's the least they can do. I'm thankful I am not a patient of Kaiser. They're union therefore the workers know they'll never get fired hence the inferior service.

The facility is being renovated. Although the look is nice the rude disrespectful attitude of some of the sleep apnea office staff and technicians remind me of the horrible Sunset kaiser staff of the 1970s. Restrooms are scarce at least on the fourth floor where there is one coed single use restroom. There is a cafe prices seem comparable to Starbucks. Facility easily seen from street and plenty of parking. Handicap parking is limited. Nice dessert water friendly gardens.

I do not think any departments there are open on weekends.it is no longer a hospital as the downey location replaced the hospital. There is an urgent care back building on corner of bellflower blvd and imperial hwy at downey medical center. I think they may have changed their hours used to be 8am-10pm for adults. There is also an urgent care open 7 days a week at their garden grove location. Sometimes specialty departmenrs maybe open like radiology only if they called you and scheduled you an appointment.

Bellflower Kaiser is no longer a hospital since they built the new Kaiser Downey. They do have many medical services at Bellflower still. Bellflower is also where the chemo treats, infusion center and oncology doctors are. Different facilities have different specialties.
Optometry is across the large Kaiser medical offices, in the northwest corner of the intersection. I believe they have Monday to Friday business hours.
