I have not received my order nor email regarding order tracking status! No one answers the phone and has not responded to my voicemails, emails or message via Facebook/Messenger. When will I get my order, Its been a month now!

Awful company. I ordered over $400 in equipment i received an ordered confirmation and that was it. It's been over a month and still nothing, no shipping date what so ever. I've called cant leave a message because mail box is full. I've emailed, messaged on Instagram. Still no response, now I put in a claim with paypal. So no idea how long it will take to get my $ back. I've ordered from here before and had minimal issues. This time is just the worst. Do not order from here.

I wrote a post a month ago with a different username, but I am just coming back to give more negative review since it has been over a month since I order from this site and I have yet to get any email, confirmation or a refund. I have tried calling, emailing, and Instagram. This is just a fraud site to get your money. I am looking into putting in a fraud claim on PayPal since that is what they use to make transactions so we’ll see where that goes. But ya if I could give 0 stars I would. But a 1 will suffice. DONT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOURE READING THIS

Purchased online a andis slimline pro li modified blade and 3 weeks went by didn’t get tracking number or email or anything. I tried calling the seller but wouldn’t answer, left him multiple voicemails and didn’t get back to me. So after never replying to me or try contacting me back he decided to just send me my money back through Venmo. Very unprofessional and bad person to buy from would not recommend this person to anyone.
