This place is a joke. They never answer the phone and they can never keep a Dr on staff. They have PA’s not actual MD’s. Other than the mental health side of the clinic. I would not recommend.

this is a horrible location . They do not help you you are literally taking your vitals while laughing with the MA the doctor does nothing to help you book an appointment and then, is 2 months apart you show up and they tell you you have no appointments they provide no help . You have to fight and argue with them in order to get some type of help

This place has horrible customer service . Front desk receptionist are extremely rude mean Not even compassionate . They kept telling me I had wrong information Which wasn’t true after 1 hour of arguing Had to come in and out of the hot sun with my newborn to continually check paperwork . Going to sue if anything happens to him . Just appalling Train your staff To be friendly and understanding

Called asking for an update on my mother’s glasses which were dropped off in their clinic 4 months ago. Was told right away due to the pandemic everything was put in hold. I told her we have been in quarantine for 2 1/2 how is that irrelevant? She said it is, I told her can you please check if their ready before you give me an answer. She right away said Brenda is the one who takes care of that, let me transfer you. Got 2 rings machine says the person you are calling is on an another call, please leave your message, sorry mailbox is full! Seriously! Poor customer service. Gave me an answer before even checking, did not bother to verified.
