Honestly, there just aren't that many legit old-school Italian places around anymore. This is the type of place that you feel like you stepped into a restaurant scene from the Godfather, and they treat you like that too--every meal is at least a 3-course meal, they treat you like family, the food is 'no funny business', and always winds up being quite the value when you factor in: -- They always start you with a salad -- Wine is decent and reasonably priced -- Good appetizers, if you have the appetite to include them -- Entrees so legit they make Olive Garden seem silly -- They always finish you with a round of spumoni ice cream for dessert, no charge Honestly, this is the best place to have a legit Italian date: three courses of food and a few glasses of wine with authentic atmosphere and get out of there for under $100 for the night. Hard to do that within a 10 mile radius. I never leave disappointed.

One of the very best Italian places I have ever been to. Lasagna is amazing, great soup and salad. Portions are big and warm family style atmosphere. The servers couldn't be better and the prices are what you would pay for Olive Garden, which is not anywhere in their league. If you want tasty, delicious food that tasted like your were invited to an Italian family's home where they could really cook, this is unbeatable. The heartichoke hearts with pasta is my favorite along with the lasagna . You will not find anything better, period. Luch is a real bargain and a great break for chain places.

Our first visit. We came in on a Saturday night around 7:45. We were greatly warmly right away and sat. They gave us a basket of garlic bread poeces. We decided to get the fried Mozarella appetizer which comes covered in meat sauce, we also got one with sauce on the side, they were yummy. We also ordered the seafood cioppino, eggplant parmesan and chicken Alfredo. All the meals came with minestrone soup and green salad with creamy Italian dressing. I wasn't a fan of the eggplant, it was too bland. The Fettuccine sauce almost had a gritty texture. Like the sauce had broke, the waitress explained that it was more than usual cheese so it can have the appearance of chunky. We will definitely be back for the pizza and dessrt.
