Our room was very dirty - bathroom floor had hair on it, carpet had not been vacuumed, there was a large dead bug on the sheets. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room. The AC was incredibly noisy. The pool towels were dirty. Pros: The beds/pillows were comfy and the breakfast was good (except they ran out of food early so only half of us got hot food).

Repairs needed but swept aside. Breakfast was good but madness during the hours. Not enough tables and most were dirty. Price was fair but the beds were full Not Queen as stated. AC was cold. There's a lounge which should be utilized. Good bartender. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Older hotel , could use a few updates. Suite was on second floor, a bit hard with no elevator but stairwells were wide and well lit. Pool was nice , could use a solar heater as it is still spring the water was cold. But the grandkids still had to swim. I would get rid of the rocks around pool as other kids were throwing them into the water. Breakfast was nice, good and hot. Staff was really nice. Everyone was so polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay. We will book again next time we come to town.

I stayed here earlier last week and everything was great. However I like to give credit where Credit is do and Karen (housekeeper) was outstanding. I came back to the room later in the day and the beds were made perfectly and she made sure all of my amenities were stocked. I asked for an extra towel and She told me thatβs no problem at all. She definitely made me feel welcome and She had a great attitude. She could teach others on how to do the little things that she does. Iβm extremely satisfied with my stay here and will definitely be using this hotel for when I come in town for business. Karen you rock!! π€π»

P'cola Beach is 45 minutes south down Senic Highway, Navarre Beach is 45 minutes SE across I10 Bay Bridge. Both are Gulf and Bay Side Public Beaches. Navarre is paid public. P'cola Beach is free. Navarre is generally crowd free week days.
Close is relative. There's nothing but a Diary Queen near the hotel. This place is the furthest place away from everything in Pensacola. Nothing is "close", a few miles away, but you're going to have to go over an exit or 2
I had never seen a security service while I staid there.
6am - 9am i believe
Usually after 3, but sometimes you can show up earlier and they may have available rooms. It worked for me!
27 mins from the hotel through the city using map quest and the toll is 1 dollar to cross over
