My pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks were all just barely warm and soggy. Even the box looked soggy. I watched the progress tracker and my order was out for delivery 55 minutes before it actually got here. I won't get delivery again from pizza hut but I will probably still get pickup. Paying 4 bucks for delivery and then foolishly tipping ahead of time was a mistake.

Right off the bat-Great communication! They were out of 2/3 of my order items and quickly notified me, offering me optional replacements. The delivery was way quicker than I expected and the food was good, hot as I would expect. Thanks for friendly service!

Tried to order a pizza at 10:49pm, they close at 11pm and the lazy employees called me and canceled my order, and I could hear them laughing in the back. Never had a problem ordering pizza from any other place before they close. 0/10 don’t order from these lazy employees.

I am quick to let someone know when something is wrong so I have to also complement when something is right. This was the best pizza and breadsticks I have had in a very long time. The pizza being delivered was so hot the cheese trailed when picked up out of box. I stopped using Pizza Hut for a very long time due to quality issues at several locations. I’ve used this one twice recently and it has been exceptional. Thank you!!
