Terrible management. Always uses the corporate as a excuse. But when u ask for their number to resolve whatever issues. The very very rude and disrespectful lady named Breake?? Seems she is afraid for corporate to really know how she is putting a good show for them but in reality people struggle just to communicate with her. I’m not sure who she thinks she is. But we are all human. God made us all equally the same. I wish she would have a little more understanding and compassion about her job and it involves HELPING. Not sure why that’s so hard for her. I hope she gets the help needed to succeed in life and manage properly. Best of luck to whoever has to deal with this mean person.

Lived here with my dad for a little over a year now, and I thought I would leave a reveiw. Despite other reviews, it seems to be a good place to live over all. The neighbors are generally friendly and we havent had any police activity here for as long as I have lived here. Due to covid-19, people have been staying indoors more and it is a little difficult to maintain the house in a timely manor, but it gets done eventually. Management is up for debate as I have little to no experience with them, but all of the lots are in really good condition, the pool is normally in good condition when it's open during the late spring and summer, and the playground is fairly large for a trailer park. Over all, it's a good place to live, and I have no major things to say bad about it. I'm even thinking about buying a house here myself soon.

They put a sticker on my car window that's still hasn't come off because I was doing yard work for somebody and I was parked outside of a parking space. If you look there you'd see how I thought I could park where I did. Plus there was no parking signs.

This has been a great place to live the last 10 years. The pool is always clean , the park streets are clean and cars dont park there. The playground was new a couple years ago, and still looks great. THe management and maintanence do a good job here. there always busy.
