Kathleen and Dayton work day and night to ensure the park Is kept up and most importantly that the park and everyone that Live here and their properties are safe. Managers are very friendly, respectful caring, hardworking team to ensure this park is taken care of, and these two put up with way to much disrespectful people that should not be allowed. If you know who the Manager's are the obviously they are the Manager's so respect these two Managers or leave that simple. The Manager's live here just like the rest of us. They don't deserve to be disrespected for doing their job. Leave if you don't like it, thank u Kathleen and Dayton for all your hard work hard work around here, and protecting us

I can truly say that in this past year and a half since new management Dayton and Kathy they have cleaned up and cleaned out this rv park into a very close knit caring community They have dealt with almost and I do say almost all the major trouble makers and ppl that are trash for a community and almost all those ppl are gone now!!!!!!! Omg it is a completely different trailer/rv park Most ppl that still live here are respectful caring about thier neighbors and thier neighborhood. After 9-10pm its peaceful and quiet as it should be. And Dayton and Kathy really care about our communuty!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Me & my husband been living here 2 1/2 yrs never had any problems with people living here .management has been great always quick to answer any questions or fix anything Dayton & Kathleen are respectful managers they don't goof around allways on the go working They're on top taking care of the trailer park making sure people are complying with park rules

Kathleen Hankel and Dayton the sorry excuse for managers invade your privacy walking through your yard taking pictures finding anything to pick about making bogus fees to take more of your money. You can find a nicer mobile home park cheaper in lot rent. Don't recommend moving here

Good Morning, Currently, we do not have any vacancy. However, we do have brand new homes that are being set. They will be ready to sale in the coming months. We have single-wide for $95,0000.00, Double-wide for $105,000.00 and Park Model (tiny home) for $65,000.00. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have owner financing.
