On Tuesday March 29, 2022 I was stuck right across the street with a dead battery. I went in and bought a jump starter for $150 but it had to be charged up it was a long few hours of wait time. Salvador (Manager) assisted me and offered to give me a jump. We were able to get the truck started though the jump starter wasn’t fully charged. It was such a beautiful day with me being stuck at the car wash but just a simple act of kindness goes a long way and honestly made things better the rest of my evening. I really appreciate you Salvador and most of all thanks for being Professional.

We order parts, paid for them on Saturday was told we would get them on Sunday at 10, they were not there, suppose to arrive at 500 but did not come, was told manager from Prosser would personal deliver them. Never got any calls are the contacting was us calling or going to the store on Kennewick Ave, in Kennewick. It now, Monday morning at 7 am and still have not heard from anyone
