Be carful with management! They have no idea how to handle rental assistance programs.they were Paid we have proof, when the government gave us the rental assistance they confirmed payment with us themselves and told us to call the fraud department . I really hated that we had to call the fraud department. Any other experience great. But now they steal your money! Now we have to get a lawyer because someone cant do their job right. No communication. Manager and everyone ignoring calls.they try to tell you that your audited when the rental assistance program tells us otherwise. The program itself does the audits and said you would be informed by us and wouldn’t of been paid to property management. It’s so twisted plum tree is doing this. Did someone steal it ? I can’t say that but I can say they have over 5 months of rent sitting somewhere. I will update and add to my review as this gets resolved from what action they decided to take. It’s pretty through and through which is why I’m so baffled at what’s going on. We were able to find a pro Bono lawyer who was more then happy to take this. This post was made under someone else. Maintenance is great. Sergio always comes in a timely fashion to fix anything. I usually would rent from smaller apartment complexes or duplexes. This was my first time renting from a larger community. I’m glad I made the choice to live at Plum Tree. So far so good!

Chris and Antonio are amazing. They are possibly the nicest management team I've seen in the last 45 years of apartment living. They always responded quickly to maintenance issues and are extremely cordial and polite. I highly recommend Plum Tree if you plan to live in Contra Costa County. Dale Edward Horstman.
