I had a problem with my thermostat and not getting cool air downstairs. I called this morning they were out this afternoon and had the problem fixed. Even though they can’t replace my thermostat with a similar model they got me up and running and promised to be back with a replacement to my Wi-Fi thermostat. I trust their service and their word.
