RUN DONT USE THIS COMPANY I’ve been with this company for about 5 years and it seems like it has gone down hill in the last 2 years for the medical supplies THEY DONT LISTEN that’s there problem there has multiple times I had to move and told them to update my address and they ship my son supplies to wrong address and expect me to go find them im very upset and over this company at this point we have been having hard time finding the right diaper for my son and the make a problem if they would of sent me a sample we wouldn’t be in this situation and now I’m stuck with diapers that don’t fit my son they need to fire the person ordering supplies because when i asked multiple times was the address correct and she ship it to the wrong one how is that my fault 🤦‍♀️

Nothing "elite" about them! No one ever picks up the phone, you have to listen to a 10 minutes voice mail with no option to even leave a message! So bad! Three months later... I emailed them 3 months ago for information, they never emailed me nor called me back! Bad bad business!

My (pediatric) patient's family disassembled, & moved her bed, themselves (I do NOT advise🥴)! Julio called when he was close, arrived on time, assessed, repaired, & replaced everything in less than an hour! ZERO complaints!

This place is extremely toxic. They don’t know their right from their left and are constantly placing people who aren’t trained in charge of accounts and purchasing causing misappropriation of funds and supplies being purchased. Manager cusses at staff and owners won’t do a thing about bullying and refuse to train. Turnover is atrocious.
