Do NOT bring your child to this place , the food is horrible they don’t give any type of mental health all you do is sit and watch tv I REPEAT DO NOT BRING your child here . it is horrible

Very Rude at service desk. We came from outside Frisco 1hr away . Got lost and was a couple mins late for visiting. They told us we could not visit that they had already pass time started. We explained to them . This was our first time ,but they were rude and I think this is unexceptable. Very far drive. Had I known they would be like this I would of never sent here. We as parents love our family and much support is needed . They shouldn't interfer with this especially since we had a schedule time in advanced. Once again rude . attitude. Not caring or concerned .Do not recommend this place.

My daughter is there currently and we can't get through to talk to anyone about her counseling- come to find out, there isn't any! They just have group twice per day and then they color or watch movies. My kid said- it's basically just a nice break from real life but with pills and bad food. Do better Haven!

This place does amazing things for their patients. Tatum and her intake team are top notch! Becca, Ashleigh; the social workers and Tracy the Clinical Director are phenomenal! This place truly cares about their patients.
