Visited pump it up for my nieces birthday celebration and it was an amazing experience. Everyone had so much fun and the team helped setup the party after play time and also helped with wrapping up everything. Definitely recommended for private birthday celebrations!

We had my sons 4th birthday party at Pump It Up and it was the best!! Talk about low stress birthday party. They take care of everything! You give them your cake/cupcakes and any decorations and they set up the room while the kids play. And your party is the only ones playing in the room which I think is just awesome! Then you have two hosts that move the party along and help with everything from keeping you on time to opening up birthday presents and serving the food. They even keep track of what presents your kid got and from whom. We had Harris and Natalee who were rockstars!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Very rude staff!!! One of the staff member yelled at my kid because he was hitting the Balloon!!!!! ….. my son was really sad and unhappy Very bad experience do not go Unfortunately i can not replay to your response. What ever my son is doing Your staff have no right to stand very close to him with 0 space talking to him in very bad tone . They should ask for his parent or speak with the party host. My problem with you is the way you handle this kind of situation. You have a unqualified staff they do not know how to deal with kids

Kids enjoyed bounce houses but very poorly trained staff for Cake Serving and Birthday Celebration. I was told everything will be taken care by staff. But staff showed zero interest and literally I had to do everything. Probably the staff is not trained. Time was very limited too.

It's $10 each during free play time. Weekends are foe parties, which run around $300 bucks.
We are generally open to the public for Open Jump Monday-Friday from 10am-4:30pm. However, private events sometimes require that we make changes to that schedule. Yes indeed! Bring your entire family. We do not charge for adults, but they will need to have a waiver!
Yes you can, 15 minutes, and the folks that work there also help you set up according to whatever your vision is for your party.
Yes, a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room. Each party receives dedicated Party Pros to supervise, set up, serve, and clean up. We'll even pack up your stuff and take it out to your car for you :-) We want it to be the easiest kid birthday party you’ve ever hosted!

There is no age limit but for safety purposes, children under 34 inches are not permitted in or on the equipment (inflatables, slides, obstacle courses, etc.) for any reason (even if accompanied by an adult). All children under 2 yrs. old are welcome in our indoor arenas at no additional cost when accompanying a paying guest.
