Really enjoyed playing the golf course yesterday during my visit to Dallas area, greens are a bit slow but well maintained, considering the summer weather in Dallas pleasantly surprised that the greens were good. Driving range is nice as well. Super friendly staff, the starter staff were really helpful, guided me through some tips for few holes. They have few signature holes with a par3 island green and an almost reachable par4 over water , but don’t underestimate the wind from the lake as it adds an easy 20 yds further. My pace of play was awesome considering I played as a single, the groups ahead of me were super nice to let me through, so I completed the round in about 3 hrs 10 mins. Will recommend this course and will play next time I am in the area.

This course is very scorable and overall, a lot of fun to play. The fairways and greens are in solid shape and there are some scenic holes. However, it feels like they are putting the cart in front of the horse by raising rates to $95+ while the clubhouse is still in shambles. No option to call in for food on hole 9 makes for slow turns. Other things that are a bit weird: 1. If you book a single tee time, you will be paired up in a cart with a complete stranger, at hole 1 (after already putting your stuff in another cart). 2. You must buy a large bucket of range balls ($16) if you do not have a tee time. 3. The chipping green has been unusable for the entire year. I want to give this place a higher rate because it's close by and has potential to be awesome, but it's really hard to justify the rate when other courses in the area are in better shape for less money. I'll update my review if things improve.

Very nice area esp we sitting outdoor with perfect weather. Food portion is bigger than we expected. We have BBQ sandwich & BBQ platter and those are very delicious. Reasonable price with good service. Not crowded for Friday lunch.

I was there on 9/18/22 with 3 others of my normal group. My credit card was dumble charge. I have been trying to contact the golf course. The only thing they told me was to contact the general manager named LC. LC asked me to send him an email with my information and last 4 digits my credit card and he will take care. Now 9/30/22, i still have not heard anything back from LC. Very disappointed on how bad communication and lack of response the mater.
