I had an appointment set up for a tour. I got there and waited for 15 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged by the two ladies in the leasing office. I then decided to leave and visit the property across the street.

Updated Review 7/23/22 -- 5 Stars I've been living in my apartment for about 2 months now and everything is so nice in my new community. I love my apartment and the many amenities. The management staff Joy, and Darby are wonderful answering all my questions before move in and after my move in. It truly means a lot to me to have an attentive and accommodating management staff. Recently I had a small housewarming gathering and rented our onsite game room to impress my friends. My friends love the layout of the entire complex. A big "Thank You" to management staff Darby and maintenance staff Dillion for assisting with making my event a success. Darby provided superb hospitality to my guest upon their arrival and Dillion came to my rescue with all my tech questions. Thank you both and many thanks again to Central Square at Frisco. His kindness and professionalism was excellent. I was very impressed with how he handled my guided tour and his willingness to answer every question I brought to his attention. The property grounds, living space, and community is really beautiful. He truly provided superb customer service in his explanations and showed care and concern. I have have lived here for over 2 years and just renewed for my 3rd time. Absolutely love my apartment. Darby in the leasing office is super professional and helpful. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance Dillon has been super fast and has exceeded expectations.
