Spirit rentals has been amazing since day one!! Working with me and my husband as I worked to move in during a pretty nasty winter storm, while the husband was in BMT for the air-force. They have continued to amaze and bless us with their kindness through out the year. They are very understanding, they are compassionate towards their renters, and they show us that they really do care. All YOU have to do is communicate. We look forward to the many years to come with our property FAMILY! 10/10 would recommend renting a property with them.

Jason and Melonie Sharpe have done a great job taking care of our investment properties. They work with us on making good quality upgrades. Repairs and vacancies are taken care in very timing manner. We've been with Spirit Rentals for about 5 years. Never had a complaint out of a tenant. They always try to keep tenants happy and retain them as long as possible.
