Amazing service with compassion and urgency is what I have experienced with this company over the last 6-7 years. They replaced our roof in 2016 and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure it was taken care of. We contacted them about a leak around the chimney and they repaired same day a couple years later..Yesterday, I called them in a panic because one of the exhaust caps blew off in the high winds and left a hole in the roof. I knew there was rain in the forecast this week, so I called them, desperate to get someone to come by and fix it. Well, they delivered. They came and installed a new cap next day just before the rain came through. They sent photos and an invoice to wrap things up. I've never been so grateful for such an honest, efficient company with great people!

I want to shout out loud and say if you have Roofing or Gutter problem the Brotherhood roofing is the one you should hire. We had a big Hail storm and contacted several roofing companies and was not comfortable with any of them, until we contacted Brotherhood Roofing. From the first contact on the phone Sebastian the owner was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable about roofing and insurance process. After inspection he discovered some issues that we were not aware of and took over the speaking with the insurance adjuster and not only saved us another 20% but also did an outstanding job on replacing our roof and gutters. Our roof has never looked so good before. Everything happened the way he had explained to us before and the work started on schedule and the crew were organized, quick, professionals, clean and all we know after they were done we had almost a new looking house. I Recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends and I will only use this company in the future if there is a need. Mr. Sebastian and his Crew definitely exceeded our expectations, I just can not say enough about this Company they were great. Abdee Molavi Read less

Very professional! Quick dependable service. Easy to work with. We highly recommend this company. It was our first time using them, so we researched various roofing companies and read reviews before calling. The reviews convinced us this company would be good, and the reviews were correct. We are happy customers.

Brotherhood Roofing were amazing. We had a lot of damage from the Texas Winter storm. Sebastian was pleasant and easy to work with. He communicated well with us and provided excellent service. His team did great, a little rain stopped the show but they were back on once it passed and still completed the job less than a day. Amazing. I love my new roof. Call them they will get you right. Happy and pleased customer.

Under city ordinance, we can begin the tear-off process no earlier than 7 am and begin heavy machinery no earlier than 8 am. Typically, a re-roof of just one layer of shingles on a one-story house will only take just one day! Facing unexpected additional construction, large roof replacement projects, or a number of other scenarios, will take no more than just two full days for a full roof replacement including a thorough clean-up.
The cost of roof replacement varies greatly between projects. That’s because the final cost depends on the size of the home, the materials you choose, and how much labor is required to install new roofing. The best way to find out how much your roof replacement will cost is to contact us today for a free inspection and quote. Our team can give you all the information you need.
In many cases, hail and storm damage only requires simple fixes. Fixing your roof quickly after damage is essential, because roof problems only get worse with time. In more severe cases, extensive repair work is necessary – and in the worst cases, which often involve older roofs or roofs that had problems prior to the storm, a complete roof replacement may be necessary.
With proper maintenance, your roof should last as long as the manufacturer says it will. The key is making repairs as necessary – and making sure that the repairs are performed by a qualified professional. Some things, like leaks, need to be addressed immediately; the longer you wait, the more damage they’ll do. Even a minor leak, left untreated, can lead to such serious damage that your roof may need replacement.
We proudly offer services in Collin County, Denton County, Dallas County, and Tarrant County. For services out of these areas please request your free inspection now. One of our adjusters will contact you as soon as we receive your request.
Under obvious extreme conditions, you should definitely contact your insurance company to report a claim. However, for minor leaks or damages that can cost less than your deductible, we urge you to consider using your insurance company to assist you for larger repair issues such as a roof replacement. Our adjusters can conduct a free inspection under 30 minutes to provide you with the best course of action as well as provide you with insurance assistance.
In order for our adjusters to provide you with the most accurate assessment, it may be in your best interest to be present during our inspection. There may be vital questions that can be of concern to you regarding your roof and/or your property that we might need to explain and demonstrate situations to you in person. We are committed to providing convenience to our customers, and we are excellent in working with your schedule.
Under any circumstances, it is absolutely not a wise decision to “overlay” or install multiple layers. Installing two or three layers can put up to 720lbs per 100sq ft! This can cause a tremendous amount of permanent cosmetic damages such as bowing effects in your decking sheets. Multiple layers can also put excessive weight on your rafters that can cause them to split and even possibly snap.
Hail impact resistant shingles are designed to resist the effects of severe weather such as wind and hail, as well as miscellaneous debris such as tree limbs. These shingles meet a very difficult requirement known as “Class 4” which is set by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International). Some major insurance companies may offer you a homeowner’s premium discount for using shingles that receive this “Class 4” rating.
Depending on your insurance adjusters’ work load, weather conditions, and other factors, it can take approximately 5 to 10 business days for Brotherhood Roofing to effectively process your claim for you.
Throughout the hot and cold seasons, your shingles have a tendency to expand and contract. This process can cause small gaps to form and the adhesive of the silicon to deteriorate. These symptoms are basic general wear and tear issues that develop gradually through a long period of time. Generally, it’s best to have one of our adjusters assess your roof every 6 to 8 years from the date of your previous roof installation.
For wind and hail claims, your insurance company can not drop you or raise your premium due to you placing a new claim. In cases of massive catastrophe, the cost of an insurance company’s national average may raise a small amount in order to make up for the loss to stay in business.
Increasing the amount of proper ventilation in your attic can significantly reduce your utility bill, and prolong the life span of your shingles.
