It's worth the wait. The line moves quickly but plan on waiting a good 40 minutes or so for your food at peak times. If you're fortunate enough to snag a table by the water, you won't mind waiting. And once your food arrives, it'll all be worthwhile.

I didn't like it very much. The sun was very strong and the waitress ordered the parasol to be closed. Too hot . I couldn't even taste the food properly.

Boy has the lobster roll gone downhill in recent years. Quantity of lobster meat in the roll has been noticeably reduced but the price is just as expensive. I’m pretty sure they used to toast the buns but no longer. My date’s fish sandwich was good but you can get that at virtually every restaurant on the Cape and often for much less money. Great view of the marina and boats. BYOB a plus. But this is no longer the must-go spot it used to be for Cape vacations.

Yes to all prior comments plus the tables are out in the sun. While the umbrellas may shelter the humans. On a hot sunny day in the summer owners need keep pets in the shade.

No, only soft drinks and juice, etc. This place is BYOB, though!! I've seen many people with bottles of wine or beer. Great place, you will enjoy!
