Horrible! These people treat you terribly. If you get a ticket and can't make your appointment they ban you for a year! Who do they think they are? But....people vf will keep going there and that's why they don't care how they treat their customers. Such ashamed

This well-beloved Cape Cod institution have their own seemingly quirky admission policy. As a small family business located in a residential setting this is something they were forced to do by large crowds. You must get an admission ticket on their website, reportedly ten days to two weeks before visiting, but that ticket is good for three shoppers. Pro-Tip: leave younger children at home. I knew the former owners who were lovely people, and they were artistic royalty here on Cape Cod. Despite some amazingly gorgeous creations, the main product they became famous for is a bracelet of wonderful elegance and simplicity. These bracelets are not cheap, being made of REAL gold and silver. Unfortunately the owners were getting on in life and unable to deal with the criminality of other jewelers and the Chinese. As a result there was a flood of cheap look-alike bracelets out there. These fakes are not individually fitted and indeed look cheap. They corrode quickly, break easily and tear your wrist up. It is well worth the inconvenience of getting the real thing while you are on Cape Cod. Just don't show up without a ticket or park in the wrong spot. The neighbors have killed before.

I don't believe that they design new each year. I simply purchased my favorite the simple knot
Yes, if you know what you want.
Yes, appointments open on Monday on line.
Yes you have to go on their website and request a ticket they're released every Monday and if you don't show up you'll never be able to shop their again they'll put you on a list and refuse future tickets
Its 250 dollars they go in get the bracelet and put it on you they're already made and they do have different sizes so they'll measure your wrist they take cash or check only and if you want more than one bracelet bring at least 700 dollars with you because they're super expensive... your paying for the name the fish bracelet is thin I just bought one last week and am disappointed that it cost as much as it did when I have way better thicker silver that's handmade in the USA for much cheaper but I guess now I have bragging rights lol
