Awful customer service. It took almost an hour just to pick up a microwave. No sense of urgency. Really sad and poor experience.

Order on Amazon instead. A simple will call took 30+ minutes and not because it was busy, it’s because no one cared to listen or attend me at will call area. There were numerous workers ignoring me, a simple “we’ll be right with you” or “give us a minute” would’ve been nice. Nothing. I thought I was being pranked. Awful service

Great team! I was worried because there was no waiting area but I was in and out in about 10 minutes which is crazy fast. thanks guys

Will call pick up process takes too long with no communication or updates provided. A simple order pickup where you provide your order details at the office the drive around to the pick up door. Waited for ten minutes with no one coming to the door . I finally got someone’s attention. The only update was we are working on it
