ATM (Wells Fargo Bank)

I went to the Bayou Blvd Wels Fargo to make a cash deposit for my mother. She advised me to use the ATM. However, the ATM at the banks front door would not accurately count the cash. After three attempts, i went inside. Big mistake! After waiting in line the teller told me they couldn't accept the CASH DEPOSIT because I was not on her account. I explained the Atm would not count the money correctly, and she flat says she can't accept it. So, no one could figure this out?! This is absolutely absurd that this joke of a bank will accept the deposit at the front door 10 feet away from their counter BUT not at the counter.?! Kindly Fix the ATM so people can conduct business! This company makes life more difficult - take your money elsewhere.

I came during the morning to open a business account. They only have ONE guy for that on Bayou in Pensacola. No choice but to make appointment for afternoon. Been waiting for over an hour in the sitting area for my afternoon appointment. I'm seriously thinking about swapping banks, this is ridiculous.

Stopped in to do a wire transaction. Got passed around rudely and then the ONLY banker that could do it said they had to leave for 30 minutes presumably to get themself some lunch. I’m not against that but bank wire transfers dont take anytime to do and they acted very inconvenienced. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that’s appreciates your business.

I am posting this under my wife's account to further avoid mistreatment. I previously banked with Regions and I am shocked as to how different my experience with Wells Fargo has been. These employees at this location do not know how to treat customers. They are extremely rude and should consider a new profession. They are sarcastic and flat out RUDE. please visit a different location if you must bank with them.. I would switch in a heartbeat if I could. The only reason I return is because of the close distance to my job. I have complained to management about these employees and nothing has been done. You leave this location in a bad mood.
