I am a visitor from NY. I have a medical marijuana card from that state. I can't cross state lines with my medication. Can I still visit and buy product with my out of state card?

You need to be a Florida Resident.

Unfortunately Florida does not recognize other states cards

unfortunately, no. you would need a FL card since all this medical cannabis is currently only STATE BY STATE legislated, as you know. sorry.
