Call for a taxi and they never even stopped to pick us up when I called the driver back to find out what's going on he tells me to get another Taxi

This is a constant thing with the drivers. I've been told before because I stay far out they canceled my ride and one time a lady called me saying I have 3 mins to respond to her text because she is 30mins out and needs to know if I still want the ride. They don't be fully caring about the person because they excuse is oh i thought you got an uber or lyft.

Often we are short staffed, but none-the-less this shouldn't have happened. Shoot me a message next time. :)
