Terrible company the worst drivers in our area. Not sure where these people got their drivers licenses but the absolute worst taxi service in the world the drivers have no idea what they are doing they don’t even know how to read a speed limit sign or a stop sign. They run red lights and sit at green lights. Total joke of a taxi service beware and don’t ride with these people. They could kill you! This business needs to be closed asap

We booked and confirmed a ride the day prior (via calling the number). The day prior and of course after getting the push notification and confirmation...they did not show up on the required date. My family member missed a very important docotor appt because of them! I would not recommend this service!

Z trip last week . older guy & woman in the front seat... As soon as we left the woman looks back at me in backseat ..ask me if I lived Alone? The older man starts making jokes about my last name ....he never shut up the entire trip.there Ask if he could turn up the AC..he didn't He just said he had no vents in the back When we finally got to where my doctor's were I kept saying you can let me out here Or you can stop.here...he just kept going Ignoring me then drives to the buildings in the back ...I practically jump out of the back seat I got another ride back Think he said his name was Dennis

I was at the Flora-Bama and took a ztrip taxi back to the place I'm staying at. They didn't run the meter and they charged me 50 dollars. When I questioned her about it she said they don't run the meter, they do a flat rate. When I tried to pay she said cash or Vemo. I paid cash and asked for a receipt and once again she couldn't give me one. Never again and I will tell my friends

This is a constant thing with the drivers. I've been told before because I stay far out they canceled my ride and one time a lady called me saying I have 3 mins to respond to her text because she is 30mins out and needs to know if I still want the ride. They don't be fully caring about the person because they excuse is oh i thought you got an uber or lyft.

Here's an easy way to determine how much things are going to cost or at least a close to it . Put the address of where you are and the address of where you're going into your Google maps find out how many miles it is . Multiply the miles x 2.25 then add 2$ for start up .. that should give you a number within .50 cents of the true price
They are most likely on base or at the airport
It has to do with availability and the busyness of the cab company at the time.They have a new system inside the Cab's now that are pushing drivers to work harder please be patient as you can be
