You can rent poles, 14.50, no license needed. You'll have to bring/buy your own bait. You can also go to walmart down there and get a 3 day fishing license for 17.50 and fish anywhere. If the access road between Pensacola and Navarre is open, that is the best place to fish, seashell hunt and vegitate on the beach!
