Yes, small dogs are welcome on the park grounds, whether on a hand held leash or in a stroller, provided they are under your control at all times. Small dogs are also permitted inside the historic house during guided tours as long as they can be hand carried or if in a stroller, as long as the stroller is small enough to navigate through the house. Please keep in mind that access to the inside of the house is only permitted during guided tours which are held Thursday - Sunday at 10 and 11AM and at 1,2,3 and 4 PM during the months of October - July.
