No, there is no sharks in that ocean. It's the ocean, there is always a potential of running into sharks however it is very unlikely that they would come close to shore. Doesn't hurt to be cautious whenever you are swimming in salt water.
As with any large, open, body of salt water, there is a potential for sharks. However, it's not common. When sharks are present, nearby it's usually hammerheads. You're more likely to see a school/pod of stingrays.
I visit this park several times a year and never had any problems with sharks, knock on wood!
Duhhh of course there's sharks in the bay,but that's just a chance you take always look around and don't go to deep
I never have seen a shark there. We did see some small little white fish. The water is pretty clear. And yeah we did see sting rays.
I saw dolphins there but not any sharks this week on vacation. Sharks do live in the ocean but when one person sees a shark they let everyone else know. You should not venture out past the safe zones and that will keep you relatively safe!
Caught a few sharks last week but they are small and we hooked them 100 feet + out from the beach
I agree with Jennifers answer. Bull sharks are sometimes in that area. They usually don't bite humans unless you are agressive to them. Most sharks yeild to humans. I felt totally safe in those waters.
Most likely!😱
We didn't come across any, however you may see a few fish swimming around or jumping out of the water.
