I don't think grills are allowed. They did do have a food truck on the beach as you enter and can get food and drinks there.

I dont believe open fires are allowed anywhere in the county right now. Our beaches prohibit open flame all the time unless is designated areas with grills provided.
They do have shelters and grills there so I'm guessing that if you were discreet and used it near that location you would probably fine I would do it and you can always be told to stop but it's a pretty good size area and pretty laid-back. you do pay $5 to get in.
You may need to check with the parks department as they do have people on the beach with different rules.
