When I set up I generally set up towards the back under the metal roofing because you also get the benefit of power there as well. It runs me 20 per day if I remember correctly. As far as setting up inside, you have to have a business license (city & county) and a tax ID if I'm not mistaken. And in the parking lot I believe it's 15 now due to the city imposing a yard sale/flea market tax. A one day permit is 5 dollars and available on premise. Hope this helps.
